Project overview

Tutator Jobs is the recruitment platform for an international, remote team working on technology for social impact. It brings together employment opportunities, internships, volunteering and spontaneous applications in one focused experience.

Challenge

The main corporate website served partners and social organizations, while candidates needed a different journey. The recruitment platform had to express Tutator’s mission as an employer, support several engagement models and help applicants find relevant opportunities without navigating institutional content.

My contribution

I designed and maintained the WordPress recruitment experience as part of my broader communication, web and marketing leadership. The work connected employer branding with dynamic job listings, application-type filters, individual role pages, internship and volunteer information, multilingual content and structured forms for personal information, availability, rates, résumés and cover letters.

Experience design

The site works as a recruitment funnel: mission-led content builds interest, clear navigation explains what Tutator offers, filters simplify vacancy discovery and application forms collect the information needed by the team. A spontaneous application path preserves interest when no suitable role is open.

Outcome

Tutator gained a dedicated talent platform that supports remote international recruitment while keeping the organization’s social mission present throughout the candidate journey.
