Project overview

The Trademark Desk required a legal tech application platform to simplify attorney-assisted registrations for start-ups, small businesses, and growing brands. The client needed an intuitive intake system combining legal education with dynamic multi-step forms. The platform supports filings across Australia, New Zealand, the United Kingdom, and Singapore with transparent fixed-fee structures.

Approach

The UX architecture replaces complex intake paperwork with a multi-step wizard covering mark type, applicant details, trademark usage, and service tier selection.

Custom PHP and JavaScript extend WooCommerce pricing by jurisdiction and additional classes, then pass structured application metadata into checkout. Prices shown in project screenshots reflect the implementation at the time of delivery, not a current quotation for legal services.

Contribution

Custom Application Intake Form: Developed a multi-step wizard capturing mark details, applicant data, goods/services descriptions, and usage statuses.

WooCommerce Pricing & Fee Calculations: Configured custom product logic to aggregate jurisdiction package fees and additional class surcharges into a transaction total.

UI/UX & Front-End Engineering: Built responsive Elementor Pro templates, custom CSS/JS, interactive FAQ toggles, and clear pricing tables.

Legal Workflow & Trust Signals: Designed How It Works, Pricing, and About Us sections explaining attorney review, fixed-fee transparency, and filing milestones.
